Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RFL PRO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PIXEL RAINBOW Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the RFL PRO platform, including our Telegram application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Service" refers to the RFL PRO platform, including the Telegram application, website, tournaments, case openings, and all related features.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Virtual Currency" or "Crystals" refers to the in-platform currency that can be earned or purchased within the Service.
• "Cases" refers to virtual containers that can be opened using Crystals to obtain randomized virtual items.
• "Virtual Items" refers to digital items, including but not limited to CS2 skins, obtained through the Service.
• "Subscription" refers to any recurring paid membership or premium service offered through the platform.

3. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.

If you are between 16 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Users who are found to be under 16 years of age will have their accounts terminated immediately.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our Telegram application. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not share your account with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

5. Virtual Currency (Crystals)

5.1 Nature of Virtual Currency

Crystals are a virtual currency used exclusively within the RFL PRO platform. Crystals:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender
• Are non-transferable between users except through official platform features
• May only be used for services and items within the RFL PRO platform

5.2 Earning Crystals

Users can earn Crystals through various activities including:

• Completing daily tasks and challenges
• Participating in tournaments and events
• Referral programs
• Special promotions

5.3 Purchasing Crystals

Users may purchase Crystals using real currency through our authorized payment processor (Xsolla). All purchases are:

• Final upon completion of the transaction
• Subject to applicable taxes and fees
• Processed in accordance with our payment processor's terms

5.4 Crystal Balance

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or reset Crystal balances in cases of:

• System errors or technical issues
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Violation of these Terms
• Account termination

6. Subscription Services

RFL PRO may offer subscription-based premium services that provide additional features and benefits.

6.1 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each billing period
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 8

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be provided for the remaining period
• Your account will revert to free tier at the end of the billing period

7. Cases and Randomized Items

7.1 Nature of Cases

Cases contain randomized virtual items. When you open a case, you will receive one item determined by a random number generator. The specific item you receive is not guaranteed and is subject to chance.

7.2 Drop Probabilities

We are committed to transparency. Each case displays:

• The complete list of possible items
• The probability (percentage chance) of receiving each item or item rarity tier
• The minimum and maximum value range of potential outcomes

All case openings are logged and visible in the community feed in real-time to ensure transparency.

7.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Case outcomes are randomized and not guaranteed
• Past outcomes do not influence future outcomes
• Opening cases does not guarantee receiving high-value items
• The value of items received may be less than the cost of the Crystals used

7.4 Virtual Item Ownership

Virtual Items obtained through cases:

• Remain the property of the Company until withdrawn to your Steam account
• May be subject to withdrawal requirements and processing times
• Cannot be exchanged for cash directly through our platform

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Virtual Currency Refunds (EU Users)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, users residing in the European Union are entitled to a refund of purchased Crystals within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The Crystals have not been used or spent
• No cases have been opened with the purchased Crystals
• No items have been acquired using the purchased Crystals

8.2 Exceptions

Refunds are NOT available for:

• Crystals that have been partially or fully spent
• Crystals earned through gameplay, promotions, or referrals (only purchased Crystals are eligible)
• Virtual Items obtained from cases
• Subscription fees for periods already used

8.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at legal@appsign.me with:

• Your account information
• Transaction details
• Reason for refund request

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Engage in fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud or chargebacks
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral systems
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to third parties
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications in tournaments
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of PIXEL RAINBOW Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service
• Use our trademarks or branding without written permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile any software used in the Service

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or utilizes third-party platforms including:

• Steam — for item withdrawals and inventory management
• FACEIT — for tournament hosting and anti-cheat
• FASTCUP — for tournament hosting and anti-cheat
• Twitch — for live streaming
• Xsolla — for payment processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party services.

RFL PRO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation, FACEIT, Fastcup, Twitch, or any other third-party companies.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• AVAILABILITY OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any specific outcomes will be achieved through the Service
• Virtual Items will maintain any particular value

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL RAINBOW INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL
• DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SERVICE

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending notification through the Service or email for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
